Lose weight by counting your bites!!

After many years of trying to lose weight with all sorts of diets, by counting calories and not eating my favorite foods and desserts, I found the perfect solution. A diet based on controlling the amount of food, which allows you to feel full and eat whatever you want, without restrictions or regrets.

With all the other diets that I tried I would lose some weight and then gain it back again. Now I am addicted to using my Smartphone during my meal and apart from the weight that I am losing, I leave the table feeling full and satisfied! This diet helps me stop eating when I am full, while in the past I used to eat until I cleaned my plate out of habit.

I basically made this application for myself so that I could play on my Smartphone, instead of using pen and paper. Then I felt a great deal of satisfaction because I realized that this diet would help thousands of overweight people all over the world lose weight and feel as comfortable and great as I do.

So, start counting your bites and you will see that this “game” will change your life.

PS: I would like to clarify that I am not a dietician and that this diet does not suggest food combinations but simply that by keeping track of what we eat, we lose weight. This diet is for people with excess weight and particularly for those who like to eat!

Instructions:

1. Data input

- Choose weight units: Check “Kilos (kg)” or “Pounds (lbs)”

- Determine your target: enter the weight that you wish to go down to.

- Weighing: every time you weigh yourselves, you enter your weight. If a week passes without any weight input a reminder will pop up.

2. Diet data

- Daily table. You will see on your screen a table with as many boxes as the bites you are entitled to eat, distributed into breakfast, snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner.

- Course of diet. On a chart of weight/time you will see the curve of the actual course of our weight, along with a horizontal line drawn at the target weight.

3. What I do during eating: I keep my daily table open whenever I eat and after every bite I check one box.
